You will be responsible for the return shipping costs for your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item for over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee receipt of your returned item.

It is your responsibility to make sure your order arrives with us safe and sound, in the condition you sent. We highly recommend using extra services such as insurance and signature confirmation.

We are not responsible for any loss, damage, theft, etc., of your order during transit.
